If you have not used a pet cremation service before or simply do not want to leave your pet at the vet then we recommend bringing your pet to us yourself. Please contact us if you would like to ask us any questions or provide you with a quotation. You have the option of choosing our Individual, Same Day or Attended Pet Cremation Services.
If you do decide that bringing your pet to us is the best option. All you need to do is telephone 0115 981 6850 to book an appointment. We can normally accommodate people the same day that they contact us subject to availability.
Once we have received your pet you can choose to say a final goodbye to them in the privacy of one of our Farewell Rooms. Peaceful music is played in the background while you have some time alone with them and you can place some flowers or a card with your pet if you wish.
You also have the option of us taking a cutting of their fur or a paw imprint if you wish, but this is completely optional. If you choose our Attended Pet Cremation Service you can opt to accompany your pet along our Remembrance Walkway and be present whilst they are carefully placed into the chamber.
